Please keep in mind:
- We only provide support in English. If you're bad at it, have someone else submit a ticket for you.
- Include as much information in a ticket as possible. If we can't figure out what you want, the ticket will be rejected.
Do not report these.
- Not Bug Fleet paps may be picked up late. A few days is completely normal.
- Bug WaffleBot won't show participation/ratting stats in !me. Use manager for the time being.

Goonswarm Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Issues related to the group system, taxes, alt corps, character and corp registration, and the esi.goonfleet.com page, as well as wafflebot in general.
Issues related to ~manager~. Note that ~manager~ is being deprecated, all but the most critical issues will be rejected.
Password resets, and generic issues with RC.
